We are an Authorized Husqvarna Viking Dealer and we have a certified Viking repairman to handle all Viking repairs.

For all other machine makes and models, we are a drop-off point for Carl Smith, a technician based out of Salem, MO.  You may contact him directly at 573-729-7883 to make arrangements, or simply drop of your machine at our store at any time during our regular business hours and we will make sure it gets to Carl at his next weekly pick-up. 

Please make sure you include your power cord, foot pedal, and make sure you have your machine threaded, with a wound bobbin, and a zig-zag foot. 

Standard rates are $60 for a sewing machine or $65 for a serger or embroidery machine.  If your machine needs additional labor or replacement parts in excess of $5, you will be contacted before further work is done.
